We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday and Friday.

3. Shipping Methods and Rates

For Singapore

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. Free for orders over SGD 150; SGD 6 flat rate for orders below SGD 150.
• Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. SGD 12 flat rate.

For Malaysia

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 7-10 business days. SGD 15 flat rate.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

5. Delivery Issues

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.

7. Local Taxes and Duties

There are no additional taxes or duties for shipments within Singapore.

For shipments to Malaysia, please be aware that additional taxes or duties may apply according to Malaysian customs regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
